Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time in transit. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Well Built Kettlebells ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Well Built Kettlebells is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Well Built Kettlebells is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship kettlebells outside the U.S. However, we do ship our kettlebell backpack to select countries (Australia, Canada, and the UK).
