I bought your product, which was already quite expensive with incredible shipping and customs fees, but I was disappointed not to have received the bag in the color I had chosen (black instead of coyote). I just hope it will be sturdy enough for heavy use.
I just used the pack for the first time yesterday and it works great. Kettlebell fits just right and got a good workout. Plenty of room in this backpack for everything you need to carry. Also it is very well made.
Very good quality. I'm sure this will stand the test of time. First use was a little uncomfortable but that was down to user era. Once Adjusted correctly the bag was great, just what I was looking for.
My bags sewing is already tearing, I've only used it for a 40lb kettlebell and used it 4 times. Not happy with my purchase.
We aren't happy either. We emailed you a couple days ago and are waiting for response to rectify the issue.
I’ve used it 3 times and the shoulder strap already ripped and I was only using a 24kg bell
