Walk-Out Pushups

This is a great mobility and upper body strength exercise rolled into one. The “inchworm” as it’s commonly referred to as is when you walk out onto your hands into the pushup position, from there, perform a perfect pushup, which means keeping your butt tucked and tight, reach your chest to the ground (not your neck), elbows are a 45 degree angle with your side, and your shoulder blades retract (not shoulders rolling forward). Then, press back to the top of the pushups, keep your knees locked, and walk yourself up to to the standing position with your hands. This not only works the shoulders, triceps, serratus, traps, but it also works on the posterior mobility/flexibility of the hammies.
