You saw the single arm variation posted earlier this week, which is actually a bit more challenging than the two handed version. However, because the stability challenge is lessened in this variation (yet it’s still challenging) you can typically use more weight with this variation.

Maintain that hollow position and press away! Watch Coach Brandon and make sure you’re doing it correctly!
