This seemingly simple kettlebell exercise is a great drill for shoulder health, grip strength, and bicep strength.
While performing the Kettlebell Halo, be sure to work the kettlebell all the way around your head while keeping your butt and trunk tight. Try to isolate the movement to the upper torso.
As always, watch Coach Brandon from every angle, then pick up a lighter kettlebell, practice doing it right, and then implement into your workouts.
