The Kettlebell Halo Squat is a seemingly simple kettlebell exercise is a great drill for shoulder health, grip strength, bicep strength, and lower body strength.
While performing the Kettlebell Halo Squat, be sure to work the kettlebell all the way around your head while keeping your butt and trunk tight. Try to isolate the movement to the upper torso. Once the kettlebell is underneath your chin, now implement a good squat with proper depth, which for most people is your femurs parallel to the ground.
